Preview, Registration, and Pickup:  Personal Property may be previewed  Thursday July 30th | 4-6:00 PM.  Please click the Lieving Estate Personal Property and click the yellow BID NOW button to open the bidding platform to register. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $5, but the card will not be charged. All items must be picked up on the scheduled pickup date (Friday, August 7th | 2- 6pm). Pickup and removal of all items are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. All items are subject to a 10% Buyer’s Premium. Please read complete terms and conditions.

 

Auctioneer’s Note: This is a partial list of items. Please check out coopersauctionservice.com for a complete list of items, pictures, and to register. Bidding will begin to close on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026 | 7pm with 5 lots closing per minute. Items that are bid on in the last minute will auto extend two minutes until no other bids are received. All items may be previewed be previewed  Thursday July 30th | 4-6:00 PM All items must be picked up on the scheduled pickup date ((Friday, August 7th | 2- 6pm). Pickup and removal of all items are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Buyers must pick up items on the day and time provided by Cooper’s Auction Service. If you need alternate days or times for pickup, you must make arrangements with Cooper’s Auction Service prior to bidding. No alternate pickup days or times will be provided for pickup. Alternate Pickup Dates will be subject to a minimum of $20 fee, and $20/ hour fee for each hour (Alternate Dates/Times are not guaranteed and may be subject to handling and moving fees.) Any items that are not picked up during the scheduled pick up time are to be considered forfeiture items. Buyer is responsible for payment of invoice and their card will be charged after 6pm on pickup day, if items have not been picked up at that time. Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time are considered forfeiture items. All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. If you are handicapped, please call (304-514-2992) when you park and do not leave your vehicle. An employee will be out to assist you with payment and loading.

 

Buyer’s Premium / Additional Fees: All items are subject to a 10% Buyer’s Premium. All credit card purchases online or in person will be subject to a 4% convenience fee. Alternate Pickup days are not guaranteed and subject to storage, loading, and trucking fees. Alternate Pickup Dates will be subject to a minimum of $20 alternate pickup fee, and $20/ hour fee for each hour loading. Alternate Dates/Times are not guaranteed and may be subject to mileage, handling and moving fees. Items not picked up on the Pick Up Day or have an APPROVED Alternate Pick Up Day will be subject to DISPOSAL FEES. Disposal Fees could be subject to moving/handling/trucking/hauling fees. Fees will be a minimum of $5 and a Maximum of $200. Please do not bid if you cannot make arrangements for your items to be picked up. Alternate pickup days should be approved with auction company prior to bidding. We understand that life happens and sometimes prevents you from picking up your items, however we have had to haul back 2-3 truck/trailer loads of stuff not picked up at several auctions and the cost to dispose items. We try to be very accommodating and understanding. Please call us ahead of time, if you will not be able to come to pick up day for any reason. UNPAID Invoices or missing pickup days could result in you being banned from bidding.

 

 

Personal Property Terms: Any items that are not picked up during the scheduled pick up time are to be considered forfeiture items. All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over any ad. Valid ID required to register/pickup. Payment by cash, check, or debit/credit due the day of pickup. Must have bank letter of guarantee to accompany check if unknown to auction company. All items are subject to a 10% Buyer’s Premium. GUN/AMMO TERMS: We are an FFL dealer, and all guns are subject to a background check. You are still required to pay your invoice, regardless of background check, on pickup day. ONLY WV Residents can bid on pistols and only one pistol can be bought per week. Out of State Residents can bid on long guns. All guns must be picked up within 14 business days with the exception of pistols, if you have bought more than 2 pistols. Please have Gov’t issued ID (and Concealed Carry ID, if applicable) ready to copy with your background check. Rifle/Ammunition may be sold to anyone 18+ years or older and Pistol/Ammunition may be sold to anyone 21+ years old. Guns and Ammunition are not tested by the Auction Company. Please use caution as they may cause significant injury or death with improper use or with use of older guns/ ammunition. We strongly advise that you thoroughly inspect all ammunition/ guns and use at your own risk. Cooper’s Auction Service claims no liability for any injuries or damages resulting from improper or unsafe use.

 

TITLE TERMS: TITLES are guaranteed by the auction company for 10 days. After the ten-day period, the title becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. Money will be released to sellers and the auction company cannot be held liable for ANY title issues after the TEN (10) day period.

 

LICENSE PLATE TERMS: Removing and Securing the license plate is the sole responsibility of the vehicle’s owner. Cooper’s Auction Service and its staff are not responsible for license plate removal. If you allow a buyer to leave the plate on the vehicle to get home, it is your responsibility to retrieve the license plate, not the auction company.
